Trullo is an old-school restaurant that, at first, can seem intimidating, but you'll soon feel right at home living la dolce vita. It's classic, it's clean, it's got little curtain things across the windows. And it knows its pasta. Trullo is most famed for its beef-shin ragu. Which makes it a must, along with the veal carpaccio.
