1994 was a pretty special year. St. John was born. And so was I. I don't know which of us will have more of an impact on your life but I know you'll go to your grave thinking about the both of us dearly. Set up in an old meat-smoking facility in Smithfields, the simple decor lets the food do the talking. This is the place that started it all, nose-to-tail usage, British food brought back from the dead. If there's any place you must eat in London, this is it. Top tip: most famous for its bone marrow salad. It's a must. I can believe it's not butter. F*ck butter.
