Taking rustic pub fare to a whole new level, the guys at Pig and Butcher have curated their suppliers as well as they've refined the 1800s pub they reside in. In-house butchery and meat-smoking is further evidence of this farmhouse-style experience. The Pig and Butcher treats their meat especially well, you just can't beat it. Expect the staff to shout about it, but we find that chat is what makes this place so special. Top tip: make sure to try the deer, available on their daily menu or their Sunday roast sharing offering is not to be missed.
