Some of the best of Middle-Eastern in Dalston, this slightly more rounded-affair (as opposed to classics like the meat-heavy Mangal) is the brainchild of chef and namesake Oded Oren. I have to say the seafood is my favourite of the offering here, probably thanks to Chef Oren having cut his teeth in the increasingly more recognised food hotspot of seaside Tel Aviv. Top tip: even if this place looks full, walk-in and try it. They'll do their best to fit you in at the bar, which we enjoy just as much. You're also yards away from The Shacklewell Arms, sweat out those kebabs post-dinner listening to indie bangers.
