The word tapas derives from the the word tapa, meaning lid - barkeepers would cover their customers drinks with simple, cheap food such as bread or cheese to prevent flies or dust from entering it. I challenge any of the Morito staff to try covering my smoked margarita before it's drank, they might just lose their fingers. Spanish small plates done right, more than flavourful enough to not take away from your smoked margarita. Top tip: drink more smoked margaritas.
