Like anything so opulent, Galvin La Chapelle is a hard one to judge but forget the exclusivity you might not feel so worthy of, forget the suits talking business. Based in an old church, the care taken in every part of Galvin's offering is as zealous as any religious fanatic and you'll bask in the consideration and quality of the staff that only restaurants of this type can provide. Top tip: dress up, don't feel out of place in this religious experience. Pray at the altar of extravagance.
