The menu of fancy breakfast buns and eggs and greens is ever changing and incredibly well considered – ingredients that wouldn't be amiss in a restaurant. The setting is about as trendy as you can get. You think your Clapton living room is mid-century? Think again. No bookings and the weekends can be busy, but worth the small wait outside. Top tip: the secret garden out the back is a lovely sun trap, and well-behaved dogs are allowed in too! Woof.
