CRATE Brewery & Pizzeria

Hackney-Wick (insert faux-Kreuzberg at your own pleasure) long ago garnered its reputation for nightlife. I can't think of much better an idea for the area than a self-contained brewery and pizzeria by the canal. Crate's full range of beers (and guest beers) will wet your whistle and their stone-baked pizzas will fill your stomach. Many a night I've managed to tip-toe the line by the canal without falling in (thank God for the pizza).
