A small bar carved out of the cellar beneath Top Cuvee's Bethnal Green bottleshop. With a tiny kitchen and limited seating, Cave Cuvee lends itself more to drinks than it does food, but what they do serve hits the spot. Trusty oysters provide as much fizz as the trendy clientele and the cuvee on offer. Hot dogs provide the largest bite amongst the small plates and, says co-founder Will, “as a self-acclaimed aficionado of the frankfurter I'm happy to say they do 'em well good.” Top tip: perfect for an hour or two, its small setting is better for a stop-off rather than an all night seating.
