The second offering from the legends at Brunswick, the Bakehouse, has a weekend menu that feels a little more explorative and refined than the OG. Once again taking advantage of their 'Sky Farm' they have access to organic ingredients grown in-house alongside their banging baked goods. The bread could even rival Dusty Knuckle (going in to hiding after writing that). Top tip: walk ins only, as breakfast should be. The early bird catches the worm and all that.
